Returns & Refunds Policy (Faulty Goods Only)

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we comply with all obligations under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please read our returns policy carefully.
1. Faulty Goods
If your item is faulty you are entitled to the remedies set out in UK consumer law.
Your Rights
If the fault is reported within 30 days of purchase (or delivery), you may be eligible for a full refund.
After 30 days and within the first 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund.
After 6 months, you may still make a claim, but you may need to show that the fault was present at the time of purchase.

We may need to inspect the item before offering a remedy.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:
You change your mind
You decide the item is not suitable
You no longer want the item
This applies to all second-hand/used goods unless they are faulty as described above.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
If a return is accepted due to a fault, the item must be returned in the condition it was received, allowing for normal wear caused by discovering the fault.
4. Exclusions
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
